Information for Buyers and Real Estate Agents

The Edinborough Commons is an 100% owner-occupied community of 88 condo units in Columbus Ohio within the Dublin School District. Units must be occupied by their owners and cannot be rented out.

The community is located just off of Bethel Road conveniently near Ohio 315. The community’s Condominium Association maintains shared spaces such as the parking lots, lawns, and shared utilities. The HOA fee covers all unit’s water bills, common-area lighting, snow removal, trash pickup, some pest removal, and insures the exterior of the building. The HOA fee for April 2025 to March 2026 is $230 per month.

Information for Homeowners

The Edinborough Commons Condominium Association is overseen by a board of five volunteer unit owners. Board members are elected at the annual association meeting. Towne Properties handles the day-to-day management of the property. The Property Manager will dispatch all emergency maintenance, as well as handle non-emergency calls.

Declaration and Bylaws

The Declaration and Bylaws are the governing documents for the association. They established the association and describe the responsibilities and limitations of unit owners.

Community Handbook

The purpose of the Community Handbook is to establish rules that will allow community members to live within the best environment possible for all. The rules are an extension of the Declaration and Bylaws.

Upcoming Board Meetings

All Edinborough Commons unit owners are welcome to attend the association board meetings. There are four regularly scheduled meetings. Meetings last about one hour.
